Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy is a method of counseling that assists those in a relationship with improving communication, resolving conflicts, and increasing connection and understanding. During sessions, you’ll work with one of our on-staff therapists to address specific issues impacting the health and functioning of your relationship. You will find ways to re-connect and get back “on the same page.”

Our therapists work with clients in relationships along the spectrum of monogamy and consensual/ethical non-monogamy, as well as erotically expansive dynamics, supporting all types of relationships in navigating communication, intimacy, sex, and day-to-day stressors that impact your relationships.

Our therapists use IFS and Gottman training to help clients connect and find a way forward together.
