Finding Our Office

We are located in The Grove Office Park, Building C, 2100 Manchester Road, Suite 1420, Wheaton, IL 60187. Our office is in Building C, all the way in the back of the lot. Enter door #1400. Our office is straight ahead in Suite 1420. Have a seat in the lobby and wait for your therapist. After 5 pm, Building C's exterior door may be locked. You can text/call your therapist for entry to the building, no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. 

Canceling Your Appointment

We understand that life happens and things come up that may cause you to miss an appointment. However, we ask that all of our clients cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you are not able to do this, we will charge our full session fee of $135. Insurance and sliding scale fees are not applicable to the late cancellation fee.

You will receive an email reminder of your appointment 72 hours prior to your session. You will also receive a text reminder at 48 hours. If you do not get reminders, please adjust your notifications in the client portal or contact us to adjust your account. Insurance plans do not cover late cancellation fees.

Contacting your Therapist

You will be given your therapist’s email and phone number upon scheduling your first appointment. You can contact them directly via email or text for cancellations or rescheduling. Please limit email and text contact to scheduling concerns, as they are generally not secure methods of communication.

Billing & Insurance Questions

We are in-network with PPO plans for Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Evernorth and United Healthcare/Optum. We are not in network with HMO, Medicaid and Medicare plans. Sessions are billed to your insurance company and, based on your benefits, you may owe money towards your session if you have a copay/coinsurance or a deductible to meet. This is dependent on your specific plan. We highly encourage you to call your insurance company to verify that we’re in-network and find out what your copay or deductible might be. We’re happy to answer questions about how to do this and will verify benefits prior to your first session.

Accessing the Client Portal

You can access your client portal to complete paperwork, view your upcoming appointments, change your credit card on file, and more. To sign in, click on the link in the email received, or use the email address provided to us to access your account.

Virtual Sessions

For a virtual appointment, you will receive a link 24 hours prior to your appointment and 10 minutes prior to your appointment. You will click the link, enter your name, and enter the virtual waiting room. Your therapist will join you at the time your appointment is scheduled.
