Yoga Classes have many health benefits. Yoga was originally created and practiced to prepare the body, mind, and spirit to sit in meditation. While this is still a wonderful benefit of yoga, yoga practice today can be used to prepare the body, mind, and spirit to engage in the modern world in a calmer, more effective, and more meaningful way.

Connect & Flow | Saturday, April 26, 2025 | 10:30am-12 pm

Connect & Flow is Saturday, April 26 with Angie Young, LCSW and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. This class focuses on gentle yoga and healing somatic movements and is held off-site at the Warrenville Public Library. The cost is $38.
