Insurance & Self Pay
We are in-network with Aetna PPO, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, Cigna/Evernorth PPO, and United Healthcare/Optum PPO. Sessions are billed to your insurance company and, based on your benefits, you may owe money towards your session if you have a copay/coinsurance or a deductible to meet. We highly encourage you to call your insurance company to verify that we’re in-network and find out what your copay or deductible might be! We’re happy to answer questions about how to do this and will verify benefits prior to your first session.
We are not in-network with any HMO, Medicaid or Medicare plans.
We understand that life happens and things come up that may cause you to miss an appointment. However, we ask that all of our clients cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you are not able to do this, we will charge our discounted session fee of $135. Insurance and sliding scale fees are not applicable to the late cancellation fee. If we are an out-of-network provider or you do not have insurance, our rate is currently $135 for a session. We can provide a superbill if you’d like to submit to your insurance to see if you have out-of-network benefits.

If you are uninsured, we have an application program to see if you qualify for reduced rates. Reduced rates are subject to availability and are offered on a limited basis.
