Workshops and Emotional
Wellness Seminars

Workshops and wellness seminars are a way to re-boot your health through new information, connecting to others, and exploring different avenues of health. Our seminars and workshops vary and can include art therapy, yoga and yoga therapy, meditation practices, and psychoeducation. They can be a wonderful way to engage in self-care, reflection, relaxation, personal growth, and help with team building.
