Marriage and Family Therapist, ALMFT, EMDR
In-Person & Virtual Sessions
Therapy for Teens 16+, Adults, Families and Partners
I work with individuals, couples, and families helping clients explore and address challenges in relationships, mood, and communication. Trained in systemic therapy, I view each client holistically, examining patterns within the individual, family, and relational systems to foster meaningful growth and change.
I create a safe, judgment-free, and positive space where we can explore core issues, relational dynamics, and past trauma. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and often infused with humor, empowering clients to step outside their comfort zones and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I specialize in supporting clients navigating relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and communication difficulties, providing guidance and tools to create the life and connections they desire.
-
Depression, relationship therapy, family conflict, trauma & PTSD.
-
My sessions are tailored to each client. They will be laid-back, but goal-centered. Together we can look into core issues, relational problems, or aspects of trauma to find ways to create and maintain the life and relationships you have always wanted.
-
Direct, compassionate and reliable.
-
I like working with goal-driven clients that want to put in the work and have a therapist equally ready to work at that level with them. If that’s you, reach out.
-
My ideal client is someone desiring change. I help my clients learn how to rebuild healthy relationships with themselves and others through individual, marriage, and family therapy.
I am especially passionate about working with folks processing trauma, domestic violence and sexual assault/abuse. The work these clients put in, and the empowerment they create for themselves, is really moving.

Therapy with Kylie
Whether it’s traditional talk therapy (CBT), or DBT to focus on processing intense emotions, or EMDR to alleviate trauma responses in the body, I will use a combination of modalities to tailor sessions to each client.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented type of talk therapy that can help manage mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety, and emotional concerns, such as coping with grief or stress.
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of talk therapy, specially adapted for people who experience emotions very intensely.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.
