Ralph

A fluffy, light brown poodle dog sitting indoors, with part of a person's arm and hand visible behind it.

I am a calm and gentle poodle that provides Animal-Assisted Therapy. I may be young, but I’ve gone through a lot of training so I can be a grounding and comforting presence for therapy clients.

Psychology Today says that animals can provide a sense of calm, comfort, or safety and reduce stress. Animals also help with loneliness and boost social support, both through interactions with the animal and interactions that involve other people. Developing a bond with an animal can help people develop a better sense of self-worth and trust, stabilize their emotions, and improve their communication, self-regulation, and socialization skills.

I am also a Canine Good Citizen through the American Kennel Club!
