In-Person & Virtual Sessions
Therapy for Adults 18+
Therapy in Illinois and Indiana

I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from therapy. Creating a safe and comfortable environment can assist you on your journey of growth, change, and healing. A typical session with me is a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I support clients with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and loss. I especially enjoy working with adults experiencing OCD or anxiety, intrusive thoughts and compulsions. Watching a client move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling empowered and grounded in their own life is the most rewarding part of my work.

As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, I am passionate about helping families navigate pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, with a background in crisis intervention, foster care, and private practice.

Taking the step to reach out for therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to carry everything on your own. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.

Therapy with Morgan

My approach to therapy is integrative and deeply human. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all model for healing, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities to fit your unique strengths and needs. While I bring clinical structure and specialized tools to our sessions, I view therapy as a partnership where your voice and lived experience guide the work. Above all, my goal is to create an authentic space where you feel truly heard, validated, and equipped to make meaningful changes.

My foundation is Person-Centered Therapy, which means you are always in the driver’s seat, and I am here to support you without judgment. To give you practical tools, I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while learning to manage overwhelming emotions.

For clients dealing with OCD or severe anxiety, I use Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, a specialized approach that helps you gradually face fearful thoughts without letting anxiety control your actions. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems and Emotion-Focused approaches, which help us gently explore different parts of your inner world so you can build deeper self-compassion and balance.
