I am passionate about providing culturally humble and inclusive care, creating a safe space where clients can heal and grow. As a 1.5 generation Pakistani American, my personal and professional experiences allow me to approach mental health with empathy, understanding, and respect for complex cultural identities. I partner with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that honor their unique needs and goals.

I specialize in working with clients navigating OCD, anxiety, panic disorder, eating disorders, and complex trauma. With a warm, values-based approach, I focus on identifying the roots of unhelpful patterns, addressing their symptoms, and guiding clients toward meaningful change. My approach integrates CBT, ACT, ERP, and DBT, tailored to each client’s needs.

Diversity and inclusivity are at the heart of my practice. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and welcome clients with a variety of spiritual perspectives, supporting exploration of creativity and spirituality as part of personal growth and self-discovery.

A little about me:
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending quality time with my pets, exploring crafty home projects, and experimenting with recipes. I love traveling and have visited Costa Rica, Mexico, the Bahamas, and Canada (Quebec & Ontario). Fun fact: I once considered pursuing Veterinary Medicine or Marine Biology due to my love of animals.
